Filling out a WARRANTY CLAIM

At White Pine Furniture, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please use our easy, step by step process to begin your warranty claim. You must upload four photos; 1) receipt, 2) close-up of damage, 3) wide angle and 4) item box. Images must be clear and no larger than 10MB each. Any claims without clear photos of the receipt, damage & box will automatically be rejected.
