Shipping Information

As a furniture manufacturer our normal shipping season and workload, our goal is to ship your item out via UPS/USPS within 3 Business days. Once they have your item you will need to add their delivery time from our Kalamazoo location  (49048) to your house.

 This product ships direct from White Pine Furniture:
·  This product is considered a special order.
·  Your order will ship in approximately 3-7 business days depending on the season.
·  Express or overnight shipping is not available for this product.
·  Ships by Ground to the 48 contiguous states. Cannot ship to Alaska,  Hawaii, US Territories, or other foreign countries. We do ship to  Canada, however, tariffs and additional fees apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We ship via UPS in the Continental United States.

Pickups

We are not responsible regarding packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, lost after delivery (LAD) also known as “taken by Porch Pirates”, or delivered to the incorrect address. We will help assist the customer with filing a  claim with the carrier, but this is all we will do.
