Buyer's Remorse Return Policy:
This is all about our return policy....
Due to the fact, our products are Custom Made at the time of order: Any product you return within 30 days from the date of purchase must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging - UNOPENED. WITH STRAPPING BANDS & SECURE TAPING LEFT ON.If you OPEN the box or REMOVE THE SECURE TAPE and STRAPPING BANDS this voids the buyer's remorse of the return policy.
Contact our Customer Care Team's voicemail line at 877-755-2334 and they will call you back as soon as they can to fill out the documentation for the authorized return. An RMA# is required for shipping within 30 days of the order.
The customer pays for return shipping fees. Plus, a "reboxing fees" of cost for the box to rebox the item for the next customer in a new box. This fee applies to all returns including Buyer's Remorse Returns.
If the customer purchased the extended warranty, this is not refundable.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase for UNOPENED, UNUSED merchandise only. The customer pays the return shipping cost.
The cost of the product to be shipped to the customer is not refunded.
NO RETURNS or refunds ATFER 30 days from the date of delivery.

We try to “expect” the unexpected. After all, unforeseen events occur. Things come up. If you need to cancel an order, we’ll do all we can to intervene on your behalf. The best way to help us help you, under those circumstances, is to contact us as soon as possible – and have your order # handy.
If you want to return an item for reasons other than a suspected manufacturing defect, you can do so within (30) days of the purchase date of the item. We won’t give you a hassle, as long at its not opened and put together. We will ask that you give our Customer Service team a head’s up, your order # and a reason for the return – so we can speed up the process. Items returned within 30 days of receipt of goods should arrive in the same condition as when they left the warehouse or vendor. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Any rips, tears, stains, or burns will be evaluated for repair, and the value to return it to its original state will be deducted from any credit minus original shipping fees incurred by White Pine Furniture.The customer pays for return shipping fees. A "reboxing fee" of 10% of the "Ship To" fee applies to all returns including Buyer's Remorse Returns.
By following through with an online purchase at White Pine Furniture you accept responsibility for the accuracy of your order. That includes item #, product details (ex: item or wood), amount billed, etc. Always check your receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within (24) hours or (1) business day.
We are not responsible regarding packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, lost after delivery (LAD) also known as “taken by Porch Pirates”, or delivered to the incorrect address. We will help assist the customer with filing a claim with the carrier, but this is all we will do.
